Cancellation more than 28 days before scheduled arrival

Cancellation of all or any part of your reservation more than 28 days before scheduled arrival will incur a charge of £50.00 per person to cover administrations costs.

Cancellation less than 28 days before scheduled arrival

Cancellation of all or any part of your reservation 28 days or less before scheduled arrival will incur a charge of £50.00 per person if we resell the accommodation in full. If we fail to resell the accommodation previously booked or any part thereof you will be liable for the full costs of the original reservation less any monies recovered by us (less administration and handling charge) by way of a partial resale to offset these costs.

Date of cancellation is the date we receive your notice of cancellation which we must be given in writing. We would strongly advise travel insurance to minimise any cost to yourself should you need to cancel. Payment may be made by, Visa or Mastercard Credit or Debit (Surcharge may apply depending on type and origin of card), Prepayment by bank transfer (preferred option for groups), Cash.
